We do not see grief but can be sensitive to those who are grieving. Their is a vast quantity of loss underway at this time in our nation, losses adding to the grief already in place from the causalities of many wars. It is important that we be attentive to our own griefs and to the grief of those around us. This is an important aspect of workplace management.
