In our work and personal lives, the people with whom we have the most difficulty are those who tell us how we “should” think, behave and be. We tend to want to either argue with or get away from such people. But consider the possibility that these “difficult” people not only may have the access to new and better relationships but to a new and better life if, instead of arguing, we listen.
